Ingredients
- 1.2-3/4 lb thin spaghetti
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cups fresh snow peas (4 handfulls)
- 1 small red bell pepper, seeded & cut into thin matchsticks
- 4 scallions, thinly sliced on an angle
- 1 cup fresh bean sprouts (couple handfuls)
- 1" peeled gingerroot, grated or minced
- 3-4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup aged tamari (dark soy sauce)
- 2 Tbsp toasted sesame oil
- Salt to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Put large pot of water over high heat for the pasta. When water boils, add salt and pasta. Cook according to package directions. Drain.
Step 2
Heat wok or large skilled over high heat. When pan is hot, add oil, then immediately add snow peas, bell pepper, scallions & bean sprouts - stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
Step 3
Add ginger & garlic, continue to stir fry 1 more minute, then add pasta and combine with vegetables until evenly distributed.
Step 4
Add tamari sauce & toss until evenly coated. Transfer to platter, drizzle with sesame oil, add salt if desired.
