- 3 T unsalted melted butter
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 1 bag frozen corn
- 1/2 c water
- 1/4 c heavy whipping cream
- 1 T honey
- 2 t fresh thryme
- 1 t kosher salt
- 1/4 t pepper

Step 1
Melt butter in skillet over medium heat and add onion. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Stir in corn and water. Cook uncovered for 10 minutes. Stir in the rest of the ingredients. Puree half in blender and stir back into skillet. Cook for 5 more minutes.
