Step 1
Process fresh pineapple in a blender until smooth and frothy, 2 to 3 minutes. Pour into a 2- to 3-qt pitcher, and stir in seltzer water and rum. Fill 8 Collins glasses with crushed ice, and add 2 pineapple leaves to each glass. Pour cocktail evenly into glasses. Garnish with pineapple wedges.
