- John Henry Texas Brisket Rub
- 12 - 14 LB Brisket
- 1 1/2 cups beef Broth

Preparation
Step 1
When ready to cook set temperature to 225 and preheat with lid closed
Step 2
Season the brisket on all sides with the rub
Step 3
Place the brisket fat side down on the grill grate. Cook brisket until it reaches internal temperature of 160. 6 or so hours. When brisket reaches temperature remove from the grill.
Step 4
Inject the beef broth into the brisket
Step 5
Double wrap the meat with butcher paper and tie it with string. Return brisket to the grill and cook until it reaches an internal temperature of 204.
Step 6
Once finished remove from the grill and unwrap from the paper and let rest for 15 minutes. Slice against the grain and serve.
