Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 Cups Flour
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 3/4 Cup Warm Water
  • 1 Tbsp Powdered Milk ; Dried Buttermilk may be used in place of powdered milk
  • 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients, mix until smooth.

Knead 4 to 5 times, then allow to rest 10 minutes.

Make 8 dough balls, flatten into an 8 to 10 inch cirlce 1/4 inch thick.

Fry on both sides in hot oil until golden brown and drain on paper towels.

Can be used for Indian Tacos or you can dust with Cinnamon and Sugar or Powdered Sugar.
