Ingredients

  • For seasoning:
  • 2 tsp Olive oil or vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp Cider vinegar (or red wine vinegar)
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • (2 tsp Dijon mustard) optional

Step 1

Preparation: 1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Add the chicken and toss well to combine. 2. Marinade for a 30 minute, before cooking chicken. 3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. 4. Place the chicken on the grill for 7-8 minutes. Flip over and cook an additional 7-8 minutes or until no pink remains. 5. Rest 3-5 minutes before slicing.
