Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 3/4 cups vegetable oil
- 3 Tbsp buttermilk
- 2-3 bananas, smashed
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325. Grease and flour loaf pan.
Sift together flour, salt and soda. Add eggs, sugar,
oil and buttermilk. Stir well. Fold in bananas and
pecans or walnuts. Bake for 1 hour and 10
minutes and let cool.
