Ingredients
- 2 c blueberries
- 2 T chopped fresh tarragon
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1/2 c dry red wine 1/2 c chicken broth
- 2 T honey

In a large saucepan combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered about 30 minutes or until reduced to 1-1/4 cups. Season with salt and pepper.
