  • 2 sticks butter
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 cup confectioner's sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • Filling:
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 c gran sugar
  • 6 tbs flour
  • 6 tbs lemon juice (2 lemons)

Preparation

Step 1

Make the crust. Whisk flour, sugar and salt and cut in butter with hands until crumbly. Butter a foil lined pan and press dough into pan. Bake @ 350 for 20 min. Take out and cool. Pour topping over and cook another 25 min.
