Brownie cake

Ingredients

• Chocolate Brownie Cake
• 1 box chocolate cake mix. 15.25 oz. Box
• 1 box fudge brownie mix. 18.3oz box
• 4 eggs
• 1 1/4 cup water
• 1 cup oil
• For glaze... 1 cup heavy cream & 12 oz bag semi sweet morsels

Preparation

Step 1

OVEN 350
OVEN 350


Add ingredients for cake in large bowl. Mix with hand or stand mixer until combined.

Pour batter into pan that has been sprayed with non stick baking spray. Bake 50 to 55 minutes


Remove cake.cool 5 minutes

Run knife along edges to help release cake then turn onto cooling rack

Cool 30 minutes


GLAZE

Place heavy cream in microwave safe bowl. Heat on high two minutes or until heavy cream begins to boil.

Remove bowl.add chocolate morsels

Let it sit 5 minutes

Then whisk until shiny. It looks like its not working but whisk and it will be fine.

Pour over cake...it. can drizzle or cover completely,..your choice. enjoy!
