Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 14.5 ounce can diced tomatoes, drained
- 8 slices bacon, crisp-cooked, drained, and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- ½ cup chopped tomato
- Melba toast rounds, toasted bread wedges, and/or assorted crackers

Step 1
In a medium bowl stir together mayonnaise, sour cream, and smoked paprika. Stir in canned tomatoes and bacon. Cover and chill for 4 to 24 hours.m
Step 2
Transfer dip to a shallow dish. Top with lettuce and fresh tomato. Serve with toast rounds, bread wedges, and/or crackers.
