Ingredients
- 8 ounce bag salted kettle-cooked potato chips
- ½ cup plus 2 tablespoons finely grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 ½ tablespoons chopped fresh sage or thyme
- ¼ cup chopped fresh chives
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425°F. Arrange potato chips in a single layer in a 15x10-inch baking pan.
Step 2
In a bowl combine 1/2 cup Parmesan, the sage, 1 Tbsp. chives, the lemon zest, and garlic powder. Sprinkle over chips.
Step 3
Bake 5 minutes or until starting to brown. Sprinkle warm chips with remaining 3 Tbsp. chives and remaining 2 Tbsp. Parmesan. Serves 12.
