Ingredients
- 1 lb. shrimp, chopped
- 2 T butter
- Cajun seasoning.
- 6 oz can lump crabmeat
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 2 T flour (sprinkle on)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 6 oz shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1/2 red pepper
- Mushrooms, chopped
- 1 T butter
- 1 T olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
Sauté shrimp in 2 T. Butter and sprinkle with desired amount of Cajun seasoning; set aside.
In same skillet lightly sauté onion, peppers and mushrooms in butter and olive oil.
Mix egg, milk, and mayo together. Mix remaining ingredients together and lightly stir into egg/milk mixture.
Spoon into deep dish pie plate and bake at 350 for 50-60 min until done.
