One Pan Chicken Alfredo 1 Picture

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 3 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 (14oz) can chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups penne pasta (or other) uncooked
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/4 tsp basil
  • 2 cups grated parmesan
  • 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella

Preparation

Step 1

Add oil to skillet and heat. Add chicken, season with salt and pepper and Italian seasoning. Saute 2-3 mins. Stir in garlic and saute another minute. Pour in broth, cream, pasta, and basil. Stir well. Bring to a boil, cover pan, and reduce heat so mixture simmers. Simmer 15-20 minutes til most of the liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat. Add parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese. Stir and serve.
