- 150 g. Butter
- 100 g. white caster sugar
- 200 g. baking flour
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of vanilla sugar

Step 1
Heat oven to 180 Combine all ingredients in bowl, Mix together with hands. Knead to a smooth dough. Roll into a log, put in fridge for 10 mins then cut 4mm slices. Line tray with baking paper and bake for 15 mins until golden brown.
