Beer Bread

Ingredients

• 3 cups self rising flour
• **to make self rising flour add
• 1 1/2 tsp salt and 4 1/2 tsp baking powder to the 3 cups flour)
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 can beer

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a loaf pan

Mix all ingredients together.
Knead for 3 minutes
Put into the greased bread pan
Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown
