Ingredients
- 4 ounces chocolate, chopped
- 1 stick butter (4oz)
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup flour
- Garnish:
- 1 cup Greek yogurt, sour cream, or creme fraiche
- 2 tablespoons sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
Step 2
Melt chocolate and butter in a double boiler until almost melted. Remove from heat quickly so as not to over heat/burn.
Step 3
Stir until smooth and combined and set aside to cool. Stir in flour and mix until combined.
Step 4
Pour into ramekins, filling about 3/4 of the way up the top.
Step 5
Bake 13-15 minutes until just dry on top.
Step 6
Garnish: stir yogurt/cream and sugar until smooth and set aside until ready to serve
Step 7
Serve w sweetened cream
