Ingredients
- 32 ounces of beef broth
- 12 ounce bottle of V8
- 1 envelope of Lipton Recipe
- Secrets Herb and Garlic
- 15 ounce can of diced tomatoes
- Half a bag of pearl onions
- Small baby carrots
- Potatoes, peeled and cut into
- bite-sized pieces
- 1.5 pounds of good quality

Preparation
Step 1
Combine the beef broth, V8, soup seasoning mix, tomatoes, onions, and beef bites. Cook on medium heat for two or three hours.
Step 2
About an hour before serving, add the carrots and potato bites. Season soup with additional salt and pepper if desires.
