Ingredients
- 8 oz. ground beef
- 8 oz. mushrooms, chopped
- 2 (15 oz.) containers part-skim
- ricotta cheese
- 8 oz. par-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 egg
- 2 T. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 t. dried Italian seasoning
- 1 (24 oz.) jar marinara pasta sauce
- 12 oven-ready lasagna noodles

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 375 F.
Step 2
In large nonstick skillet, cook beef and mushrooms over medium heat, stirring often until beef is no longer pink, about 10 min.: drain.
Step 3
Combine ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, egg, Parmesan, seasoning and 1/4 t. pepper.
Step 4
Combine sauce and 1/2 cup water.
Step 5
In 13"X9" baking dish, spread 3/4 C sauce; top with 4 noodles (overlapping slightly), half of cheese mixture, half of beef mixture and 3/4 C. sauce.
Step 6
Top with 4 noodles, remaining cheese and beef mixtures and 3/4 C. Sauce.
Step 7
Top with remaining noodles and sauce. Coat foil with cooking spray; place coated side down over lasagna.
Step 8
Bake 45 min. Uncover; sprinkle with remaining mozzarella. Bake until home, 10 min.
