Ingredients

  • 1 T olive oil
  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 1 T Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Yukon gold potato, thinkly sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups Gruyere cheese, grated
  • 4 scallions - white and green parts separated and thinly sliced
  • 4 oz. prosciutto, torn

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Coat a rimmed baking sheet with oil. Stretch dough to fit the baking sheet. Thinly spread Dijon mustard on dough. Top with potato, cheese, white parts of scallion, season.

Step 2

Bake until dough is browned in spots and cheese is bubbly, about 15 minutes. Top with prosciutto and green parts of scallions.
