Ingredients

  • 5 cups of shredded rotisserie chiken
  • 1 (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup.
  • 8 oz Velveeta cubed
  • 2 cups of chicken broth
  • 1 cup of water
  • one packet of hidden valley buttermilk ranch dry seasoning
  • 3 cups of penne/mostaccoli pasta uncooked
  • 1 1/2 cups of mild cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup of bacon peices

Preparation

Step 1

Cut the meat off your rotisserie chicken and shred it or dice- you should use about 5 cups of shredded chicken

Step 2

in hyour four quart crock pot combine your shredded chicken, ranch packet, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, water and cubed velveeta.

Step 3

put the lid back on your crock pot and cook on high for 3 hours

Step 4

after 3 hours on high, add the nodles and give it a good stir.

Step 5

plae the lid back on the crockpot for 20 more minutes on high

Step 6

give it another good stir and plae thelid back on for ten minutes

Step 7

give it yet another good stir and top eith the cheese, and lastly the bacon peices

Step 8

replace the lid and let the cheese melt for about 5 minutes

Step 9

scoop into bowls and enjoy
