Ingredients

  • 6-7 frozen lobster tails
  • 2 big bags of shrimp, wild caught
  • 1 octopus
  • Calamari, to your liking
  • Canned scongio
  • 12 lemons
  • 8-10 garlic cloves, minced
  • Olive oil, to your liking
  • Fresh parsley, 3 bunches, chopped
  • 4-6 stalks of celery, sliced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Clean the octopus, cut the head and pull the fat. Use scissors to cut the fish into bite size pieces. Cook the lobster and cut into bite size pieces. Clean and cook the shrimp. Cook the whitefish and cut into bite size pieces. Cook the octopus and cut into bite size pieces. Open the canned scongio (already cooked)

Step 2

In a large bowl, place all of the seafood. Add the juice of 12 lemons. Mince the garlic and add to bowl. Add the celery and parsley. Add the olive oil, to your liking. Add salt and pepper, to taste. Marinate in the refrigerator overnight

Step 3

Taste the salad the next day and make any adjustments.
