- 1 - 16 oz package of lil smokies (hillshire farm brand)
- 15 slices of bacon each cut into 3 smaller sections
- 3/4 light brown sugar packed
- 1/4 tsp on cayenne pepper
- pinch of black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
prepare a jelly roll pan or a large baking pan with a rim place a layer of aluminum foil lightly covered with non stick cooking spray and set aside preheat oven to 350 degrees
Step 2
pat sausages dry with a paper towel and wrap each individual sausage with a piece of the bacon secure with a toothpick
Step 3
add brown sugar cayenne and black pepper to a large resealable plastic bag, use a spoon to combine the sugar with the seasonings. Add several of the bacon wrapped sausages and seal bag shake gently to coat repeat with the remaining sausages.
Step 4
Line sausages on prepared baking sheet and bake 30 to 35 minutes until bacon is browned, for extra crispiness broil for a couple of minutes after baking.
