Ingredients
- 16 oz almond butter or pb (crunchy or creamy)
- 1 1/4 cups honey
- 2 1/4 cups vanilla protein powder
- 1 1/2 cups brown rice krispies cereal
- 1 cup dried cranberries or cherries (low sugar preferred)
- 1 cup raw chopped almonds

Preparation
Step 1
microwave almond/pb and honey until it easily stirs (about 50-70 seconds)
Gradually add protein while stirring. Gradually add oatmeal and krispies while stirring. Add chopped almonds and dried berries (use clean hands to mix). Consistency should be like cookie dough. Press into a baking sheet and press into a corner and make bards about 1 to 1.5 thick. Store in refrigerator until solid enough to cut into bars. If desired sprinkle and press a few more krispies into the top.
