Ingredients
- 12 3 inch ciabatta rolls split
- 1 16 oz jar pickled mixed veggies, giardiniera, drained and chopped
- 1 c drained and chopped roasted red bell peppers
- 1/2 c coarsely chopped pimiento stuffed green olives
- 2 T olive oil
- 12 oz thinly sliced deli turkey
- 6 oz thinly sliced mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 c melted butter
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 t dried Italian seasoning crushed

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Line 13x9 baking dish with foil. Coat with Pam. Arrange roll bottoms on bottom.
Step 2
Combine pickled mixed vegetables, peppers, olives and olive oil. Layer rolls with turkey, cheese and vegetable mixture. Add roll tops. Stir together butter, garlic and Italian seasoning and drizzle over rolls. Cover with foil.
Step 3
Bake 15 minutes. Uncover and bake 10-15 more minutes or until cheese is melted and rolls are lightly brown.
