  • 2 1/4 Cups Oatmeal
  • 3/4 Cups Protein powder sugar free any flavor
  • 1 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 3 TBS cinnamon
  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 3 TSP Vanilla
  • 1 cup honey

Preparation

Step 1

Grind the Oatmeal in a blender to a fine power. Mix in all the other ingredients. Mix well. Roll them into small balls -about the size of a large marble. Coat each ball with protein power. Put into freezer for about 20 minutes then enjoy

Step 2

To make a small batch use 3/4 cup oatmeal, 1/4 cup protein power, 1/2 cup almond flour, 1 TBS cinnamon,1/3 cup almond butter, 1 TSP vanilla, 1/3 cup honey

These are so good and healthy, you will make the larger batch
