Ingredients
- One carton 32 ounce beef broth
- One and a half pounds red tomatoes cubed
- One and a half pounds beef stew meat cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- Four large carrots sliced to bite-size pieces
- Broccoli cut into bite-size pieces
- Red pepper chopped
- 2 cups water
- One medium onion chopped
- 1 cup steak sauce
- 2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
- One jalapeño pepper chopped
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Combine all ingredients in a five or 6 quart slow cooker cook covered on low until steak and potatoes are tender 8 to 10 hours
Freezer option please call soup and freezer containers to use partially thawed in refrigerator overnight heat soup threw in sauce pan strong occasionally add water if necessary one and a half cups
