  • Broccoli cut into bite-size pieces
  • Red pepper chopped
  • 2 cups water
  • One medium onion chopped
  • 1 cup steak sauce
  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
  • One jalapeño pepper chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
