Ingredients
- 5 plum tomatoes
- 1/2 onion
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 8 stalks cilantro
- 1/2 jalapeno
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin

Preparation
Step 1
Pulse together til its the texture you want, meanwhile put a tiny bit of oil in a p an and heat up, put salsa in the pan and simmer about 10 min. Add salt to taste if needed.
Step 2
Strain out excess juice, and pour into jars, let cool and refrigerate. Done!
Step 3
Should stay fresh for approx. 10 days in fridge.
(For mild salso, remove the jalapeno seeds. For medium, include some, and for spicy, leave them in.)
