Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1/2 cup sherry
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp black bean sauce
  • 4 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 ginger, fresh 2 inch peeled & grated
  • 6 scallions chopped
  • 1 Tbsp dry mustard
  • 3 pork tenderloin

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine all the ingredients for marinade in a shallow dish and mix well. Set aside 1/2 cup.
2. Place the pork tenderloins (2 1/2 - 3 lbs total) in the remaining marinade. cover the dish with plastic wrap for 3 to 4 hours or over night. Turn occasionally.
3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
4. Remove the pork and place on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Bake until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 170, about 50 min.
5. Let the meat cool completely and refrigerate, covered, for 2 to 3 hours or overnight.
6. To serve, slice the pork on diagonal into 1/4 inch slices. Arrange on a serving platter, pour reserve marinade on top, garnish with orange slices.
A great dish for a cocktail buffet, serve with a variety of breads.
