Ingredients
- 16 oz cream cheese at room temperature
- 3 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese at room temperature
- 1 oz ranch seasoning mix
- 1 1/2 cups finely shredded jack cheese
- 1 baby carrot
- whole peppercorns

Step 1
1. Let cream cheese and sharp cheddar come to room temperature.
2. Combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese and ranch dressing mix in stand mixer with paddle attachment.
3. Divide cheese mixture into two balls - one smaller cheese ball for head and larger cheese for the body.
4. Wrap both cheese balls in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
5. Before serving, press shredded cheese into cheese ball.
6. Place on a serving plate with smaller cheese ball on top of larger cheese ball. Use baby carrot to make a nose and whole peppercorns for mouth, eyes and buttons.
7. Serve with crackers.
