Ingredients
- 1/2 lb green beans
- 2 Tbsp crushed pork rinds
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp grated Parmesan
- Salt
- Pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400. In medium bowl, combine green beans, pork rinds, olive oil, & Parmesan cheese. Season with salt & pepper. Toss until beans are thoroughly coated.
Step 2
Spread beans on baking sheet, and roast for 7 minutes. Stir or shake up beans, and bake for another 8 minutes.
Step 3
Divide between 2 plates & serve.
