- 1 1/2 cups almonds
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325. In medium bowl, combine the almonds and olive oil. Mix until almonds are evenly coated.
Step 2
Add the rosemary, salt, pepper and ginger to the almonds. Stir to combine.
Step 3
Spread almonds on baking sheet into even layer. Bake for 15 minutes, or until toasted.
