Ingredients
- 2 boneless pork chops
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 Tbsp sesame oil, divided
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- 1 cup fresh green beans

Preparation
Step 1
On cutting board, pat pork chops dry with paper towel. Slice the chops into strips, & season with salt & pepper.
Step 2
In large skillet over medium heat, heat 1 Tbsp of sesame oil. Add the pork strips and cook for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
In small bowl, combine 1 Tbsp sesame oil, soy sauce, and hot sauce. Pour into the skillet with the pork.
Step 4
Add the green beans to the skillet, reduce the heat to medium-low, and simmer for 3-5 minutes.
Step 5
Divide the pork, green beans and sauce between 2 bowls.
