Ingredients
- 1 can 14.5oz diced tomatoes with Italian seasoning
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 4 Tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup chopped basil leaves
- Salt
- Pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Pour tomatoes and their juices into food processor or blender, and puree until smooth.
Step 2
In medium saucepan over medium heat, cook the tomatoes, cream cheese, heavy cream, & butter for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until all is melted and thoroughly combined.
Step 3
Add the basil, and season with salt/pepper. Continue stirring for 5 more minutes, until completely smooth. Pour the soup into 4 bowls and serve.
