Ingredients
- 1 habanero, seeded and finely chopped 1 leak
- 2 bundles broccolini
- 1 white onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 3 sprigs thyme
- 3/4th cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon Tessemae's Habanero Ranch
- 1/2 cup white cheddar
- salt, sugar and pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Heat a dutch oven or deep pot with a drizzle of olive, add your onions and garlic. Sweat for 2-3 minutes. Next, add your habanero, leaks and broccolini. Stir until all sweated out, about 5 minutes.
Next add your broth and thyme. Cover on medium-low heat until all the vegetable are tender. Blend in a blender or immersion blender. Once blended through, add heavy cream, habanero ranch, seasoning along the way.
Step 2
Remove from heat and add in your cheese. Stir well, adjust salt to taste and serve.
