Ingredients
- 8 lb ham
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 cup apple cider or 100% apple juice
- 3 sprigs of fresh rosemary

Preparation
Step 1
Coat crock pot with nonstick spray and place ham in upside down
Step 2
Press brown sugar and all over the spiral cut portion of the ham then drizzle honey over the top. Pour in the apple cider and rosemary around the ham.
Step 3
Cover and cook for 3 to 4 hours or until internal temperature reaches 140F
Step 4
Transfer ham to a platter and cover with foil to keep warm. Take 1 1/2 cups of the liquid in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook until sauce is reduced by half. Brush ham with it.
