Ingredients
- 3 (.6oz) cakes of compressed yeast
- 2 cups lukewarm water, divided
- ¾ cup lard (I use Coconut Oil)
- ¾ cup sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 10 cups all purpose flour
- 2 cups lukewarm milk

Preparation
Step 1
1. Soft yeast in ½ cup lukewarm water.
2. Blend lard with sugar, salt and flour. Add lukewarm milk and remaining 1 1/2cups lukewarm water. Add softened yeast. Mix until dough is smooth and satiny
3. Let dough rise for 1 hour. Form into rolls. Place rolls in pans; let rise in a warm place until doubled in size.
4. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Bake 15 to 20 mins.
