- 1 box jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 egg
- 2 slices of bread, crust removed
- 1 1/2 cups diced celery
- 1 3/4 cups diced onion
- 1/2 stick butter
- poultry seasoning to taste
- chicken broth

Step 1
Bake corn muffin mix in cast iron pan to directions. Crumble and let set out to dry. Crumble bread and set out to dry. Mix onion and celery and butter and micorwave until veggies are tender. Mix cornbread, bread, egg, poultry seasoning and cooked veggies and add chicken stock to get the right consistancy. bake 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.
