Ingredients
- 2 packs of 10” flour tortillas
- 2 lbs ground turkey
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 2+ cups Jack cheese
- 2+ cups sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 can do black beans, rinsed
- 2 cans green chili’s
- 16 oz sour cream
- 2 cans Campbell Cream of Chicken soup
- Chicken broth

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Cook ground turkey and add taco seasoning with a little water. Stir until all meat is coated with taco seasoning. Set aside. In a saucepan mix soup, green chili’s, and sour cream until heated. Add broth to thin to correct consistency. Take tortillas and spread meat, sprinkle some black beans and both cheeses then roll up and place seam side down in a casserole dish. Spread sour cream mixture over rolled tortillas and sprinkle a generous amount of both cheeses on top. Bake until bubbly.
