- 2 graham cracker crusts
- 16 ounces riches whip
- 2 containers tofutti cream cheese
- 1 jar of lotus
- 1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
- lotus cookies, crushed

Preparation
Step 1
1. Whip 2 containers richs whip.
2. Add the 2 cream cheeses, then 3/4 of the lotus, then the confectioners sugar and mix well.
3. Pour 1/4 of the lotus mousse into the crusts. Sprinkle 1/4 of the crumbs on top . Add rest of mousse between the pies. Sprinkle rest of cookies and drizzle melted lotus on top.
