- Ice
- Sheffield Extra Dry Sherry
- Rye Whiskey
- Bacardi Gold Rum
- Prepared Eggnog
- Whole Nutmeg pods

Preparation
Step 1
Fill a tall glass with fresh ice
Step 2
Add 3 oz of Extra Dry Sherry
Step 3
Add 1.5 Oz Rye whiskey
Step 4
Add 1.5 Oz Bacardi Gold Rum
Step 5
Fill to near top with prepared Eggnog. Suggestion is Hoods Golden Eggnog
Step 6
Using a small grater, grate a nutmeg pod over the glass. A light layer over the whole drink is fine.
Step 7
Stir well or shake gently. If shaken, use a glass shaker in place of the tall glass so you can shake it at the end, then pour it all, incl. ice into a glass.
Step 8
If desired, add 1/4 oz 120 proof rum, or a light dusting of grated nutmeg
No substitutions!! The sherry must be extra dry. Rye can be any brand but must be rye whiskey, not a blend. Do not use Meyers Dark rum at all.
