  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 to 3 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 3/4 cups Cup 4 Cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350
Melt butter in a pan then pour in a bowl
Add water, sugar, egg and vanilla and whisk till smooth and creamy.

Step 2

Add flour, baking soda and salt. Mix well.

Step 3

Add chocolate chips

Step 4

Put even scoops of cookie dough onto parchment lined cookie sheets. 3 per row. Bake 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.
