Chocolate Marbled Banana Bread

• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup miracle whip
• 3 ripe bananas, mashed
• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp salt
• 4 squares bakers semi sweet chocolate

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350.

Step 2

Beat egg, miracle whip, bananas until blended.

Step 3

Mix all remaining ingredients except chocolate in a medium bowl.

Step 4

Add to banana mixture and stir until moistened.

Step 5

Pour half the batter into medium bowl. Stir in chocolate. Spoon batters alternatively into loaf pan. Swirl gently with knife

Step 6

Bake 1 hour or until toothpick inserted comes clean
