Ingredients

  • 9 x 13 Pan
  • Sandwich Loaf Bread
  • 47 oz Chicken/Turkey Broth
  • Spray Release
  • 1 small Onion diced fine
  • 3 stalks Celery diced fine
  • 1/3 stick unsalted Butter
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • Seasonings
  • 1/3 teaspoon mince garlic
  • 2 teaspoons poultry seasons
  • 1.5 teaspoons dried sage
  • Teasoning to Taste

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350
Tear up bread in bite size pieces. May dry or leave as is
In a 10 inch skillet melt butter with a shake or two of Teasoning and a pinch of sage
After butter is melted diced onion n celery n mince garlic
Cook vegetables until tender
When tender add other spices. Cook for 2 minutes
Remove from heat
Pour chicken broth to the bread until all is moist
Add vegetables an seasoning
Mix throughly
Spray 9x13 pan lightly with spray release
Fold in dressing mixture
Bake covered 45 minutes then uncover and bake until golden brown
And the center half thru registers 180 degrees
