Ingredients

  • 12 oz. linguini - cooked, drained and return to pot.
  • 1/4 cup EVOO
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • 4 cloves garlic sliced
  • 2 lb's trimmed asparagus and cut into 1" pieces
  • S&P
  • 1 cup shaved parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Heat the oil over medium heat, add pine nuts and garlic and cook about 2 mins. stirring frequently. Add asparagus, cook 2-3 mins. Add to pasta along with S&P, toss with cheese, serve immediately
