  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 cup butter
  • 3 cups flour
  • 4 oz. baking chocolate - melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup milk

Preparation

Step 1

Cream sugar and butter. Beat in eggs and melted chocolate, add milk alternating with flour and soda. Add vanilla, Drop by heaping T on greased baking sheet. Spread batter lightly.

Step 2

Bake 350 for 10 mins. Cool and frost curved side of cookies.

Step 3

Frosting: Combine 4 cups Confectionery sugar, 1/2 cup butter softened, add 1 tsp. vanilla and enough milk for spreading consistency. Frost 1/2 side with white. Add 2 squares of melted chocolate to remaining frosting and frost the other 1/2 of cookie.
