- 1/2 cup Turbinado Sugar or Splenda for baking
- 1/3 cup Margarine
- 1 cup Bob's Red Mill White Flour, Unbleached
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1 tsp. Baking Soda
- 1 cup Bob's Red Mill 8-Grain Wheatless Cereal
- 1-1/4 cup sour Milk or Buttermilk

Step 1
Mix Bob's Red Mill 8 Grain Cereal and milk; allow to stand for 10 minutes while preheating oven and assembling other ingredients. Cream egg, margarine and sugar together.
Add dry ingredients and milk with cereal to egg mixture. Stir only until combined. Spoon into greased muffin pan. Bake in 400 F oven for 15 minutes.
Makes 12 wonderful muffins.
