Ingredients

    pounds prepared sauerkraut, from a can, bag, or deli

  • 6

    medium potatoes, cut into large chunks

  • 1

    cup chicken or vegetable broth

  • 1

    pound bratwurst, cut into chunks

    teaspoon caraway seeds

  • salt to taste

Directions

Place all ingredients in a slow cooker. Cook on low for 4 hours, or until potatoes are soft. Serves 4 to 6.
