  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1 shallot- diced
  • 1 cloce of garlic minced
  • 2-3 Thai peppers minced
  • Salad:
  • Lettuce
  • Steak or chicken
  • Green Onion
  • Cilantro

Mix ingredients for dressing.

Season meat with salt and pepper, grill, toss with lettuce, onions, cilantro and dressing.
