Ingredients
- 2 8-oz pkgs cream cheese, softened
- 1 c flour
- 1 t vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 12 vanilla wafers
- 1 21oz pie filling (blueberry, strawberry or use fresh)

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Place 12 cupcake liners into a muffin pan. Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add sugar and vanilla. Add eggs one at a time. Beat well after each egg. Place one vanilla wafer flat side down into each muffin cup. Spoon cream cheese mixture over wafers. Bake for 20 mins. Cool completely. Serve with your filling preference over the top. Refrigerate.
